Own enterprise customer opportunities from discovery through commercial close and implementation transition. Lead operational workflow discovery, solution design, platform configuration, pilot testing, technical validation, stakeholder engagement, and value articulation. Build and troubleshoot workflows, integrations, automations, forms, and logic while progressing sales opportunities. Travel regularly to customer sites for operational walkthroughs, pilots, executive readouts, and go-live activities. Partner with GTM, AI, technology, and implementation teams to deliver repeatable solutions.

Lead and manage complex enterprise customer implementations of the PackageX platform. Own implementation plans, timelines, risks, integrations, adoption tracking, ROI documentation, executive updates, and cross-functional coordination to ensure go-live, value realization, and long-term account health.
