Oversee commissioning activities for large-scale data center construction projects. Coordinate the client’s commissioning agent, construction teams, MEP trades, vendors, and project leadership to align commissioning with schedules and turnover milestones. Review commissioning scripts and reports, witness testing, track issues and deliverables, support start-up readiness and integrated systems testing, and verify closeout documentation. The role also reinforces safety requirements and requires extensive presence in active construction environments.

Supports construction project management for mission-critical data center projects. Responsibilities include managing RFIs, submittals, takeoffs, materials, change orders, budgets, schedules of values, subcontractors, quality and safety compliance, and project closeout. The role works in active construction environments, coordinates with field teams and owners, and may travel between job sites.
