Support ACA risk adjustment operations including medical record retrieval, provider outreach, inventory tracking, reporting, and process improvement. Monitor deliverables, assist management with decisions, ensure compliance, and collaborate with internal and external partners to meet CMS/HHS deadlines.

The Associate will generate insights, analyze data for better decision-making, enhance operational dashboards, and collaborate across teams to improve efficiency and report to leadership.

Negotiate and manage single case agreements and provider contracts to build and maintain a provider network. Analyze provider performance and costs, support onboarding and issue resolution, track KPIs, collaborate with internal teams, implement contracting workflows, and support process improvement and compliance efforts.
