Responsibilities include developing surgeon relationships, converting competitive business, supporting operating-room cases, managing pipelines and inventory, coordinating with hospital stakeholders and distributors, completing product training, and maintaining regulatory and CRM documentation. The role requires frequent hospital travel, clinical credibility in orthopedic procedures, and availability around surgical schedules.

Promotes and sells bone growth therapy devices across the Houston territory. Builds relationships with physicians, hospitals, patients, payers, and distributors; develops new accounts; trains medical personnel and patients; supports product implementation; resolves customer issues; completes sales documentation; and achieves assigned quotas. The role requires approximately 90% travel by car within the territory and the ability to lift 20–30 pounds.
