Own the OrthoBanc patient payment and accounts receivable platform across discovery, roadmap, delivery, production support, and go-to-market. Responsibilities include prioritizing the roadmap, conducting customer and internal discovery, writing requirements, managing the engineering backlog, supporting releases, triaging production issues, coordinating adoption with cross-functional teams, and contributing to long-term product architecture and platform rationalization.

Lead end-to-end implementation and training for OrthoFi solutions at orthodontic practices. Manage stakeholders, schedules, project timelines, training needs, remote and onsite system setup, go-live coaching, office hours, new-staff training, post-implementation support, and client handoffs. The temporary role runs through December 31, 2026, requires approximately 75% travel during normal seasons, and supports practices nationwide.
