Advise product, operations, and business teams on consumer lending compliance, supervise a Compliance Analyst, analyze complaints, support audits and examinations, and administer compliance training.

Leads consumer marketing and lead acquisition for refinance products, overseeing paid and performance channels, third-party lead vendors, budgets, funnel optimization, analytics, forecasting, and compliance. Owns the customer journey from lead receipt through funded loan, improves conversion and profitability, manages marketing technology and agency partners, and presents performance insights to executives. The role requires strong consumer finance marketing expertise, vendor negotiation, data analysis, and cross-functional leadership in a regulated environment.

Leads Origence Lending Services, a business process outsourcing division, overseeing implementations, loan processing, underwriting, funding, contact center, quality assurance, and training. Provides operational vision, manages large multifunctional teams, develops KPIs and continuous-improvement programs, supports clients and stakeholders, and drives growth, efficiency, talent development, and service quality across consumer lending operations.
