Enters, updates, verifies, and maintains records across databases, spreadsheets, and company systems. Processes documents, identifies discrepancies, organizes electronic and physical files, prepares reports, and protects confidential information. The role also involves routine administrative support, cross-department communication, and meeting accuracy and productivity standards.

Supports Customer Success Managers and customers with account needs, routine inquiries, onboarding, scheduling, documentation, CRM updates, issue resolution, renewals, reporting, feedback collection, and retention activities. Coordinates with internal teams, tracks customer requests and milestones, follows up on outstanding issues, and helps improve customer satisfaction and product value.
