Provide legal advice, manage cases from intake through resolution, prepare filings and documents, conduct legal research, represent clients in hearings and negotiations, maintain client communication and case files, review contracts/evidence, and stay current on relevant laws.

Design, implement, and maintain database structures, write and optimize SQL queries, ensure data integrity and security, monitor performance, collaborate with developers on integrations, document systems, and support backup/recovery and best practices.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, maintain the general ledger, reconcile accounts, and manage accounts payable/receivable. Support budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, internal controls, audits, and provide financial insights to management to ensure accurate, timely reporting.
