Greet and register patients, verify insurance, obtain pre-authorizations, collect payments, manage records and appointments, answer phones, handle escalations, train staff, and perform related front-desk administrative duties in a clinical setting.

Provide full-scope outpatient primary care covering PTO/LOA/vacancies across Denver-area clinics. See primarily adult patients (avg 18–20/day), document care, diagnose, prescribe, order tests, coordinate specialist referrals, and maintain quality standards. Schedule is Monday–Friday with potential longer or short-term clinic placements.

Provide afterhours hospice nursing care including telephone triage, crisis response, admission/death/recertification and routine home visits, assess and document patient and family needs, and ensure timely eligibility evaluations and biweekly reassessments.
