Partners with executives, product leaders, data scientists, security, legal, and compliance teams; evaluates emerging technologies; prototypes AI solutions; and mentors architects and engineers. Requires deep experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, vector databases, healthcare systems, distributed architectures, and enterprise technology governance.

Participate in a 10-week Medicare sales internship involving classroom training, networking, sales competitions, job shadowing, presentation development, and exposure to direct-to-consumer health insurance sales. Gain hands-on experience with sales support, phone-based activities, operational processes, and AI-enabled tools for analysis, reporting, automation, and workflow improvement.

Handles inbound customer calls, identifies insurance needs, explains products and benefits, converts prospects into qualified leads and sales, and assists with enrollment applications. Maintains accurate customer records, may conduct follow-up calls, meets sales and customer experience goals, and maintains required insurance licensing and certifications. The role includes onsite training, AI-enabled workflow improvement, and structured early-career development.
