Own and evolve revenue systems (Salesforce, CPQ), build and govern the enterprise data platform, drive systems integration and AI enablement, manage HRIS and vendor relationships, and lead a cross-functional team supporting Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success.

The BDR generates qualified sales opportunities by outbound prospecting, cold calling, and emailing; manages named accounts and territory data in Salesforce; supports demand-generation and AE outreach; and meets weekly/monthly activity and meeting-set metrics to drive pipeline growth for the sales organization.

Serve as a product expert for the Optro platform, consult clients on audit, SOX, risk and compliance workflows, deliver tailored product demonstrations, support business development and executive engagements, mentor internal teams, and collaborate with implementation and engineering to drive customer solutions and growth.
