Coordinates repossession and vehicle remarketing activities for delinquent accounts. Responsibilities include member and vendor communication, account reviews, required letters and scrubs, inventory and status monitoring, workflow issue resolution, escalation, and compliance with lending regulations and company policies.

Leads complex technical programs from inception through delivery, developing roadmaps, schedules, milestones, and execution plans. Partners with engineering and cross-functional teams to manage risks, dependencies, priorities, and stakeholder communication. Improves program management processes and information-flow pipelines through automation, drives predictable execution, and mentors junior program managers. Requires strong technical knowledge of software development methodologies and experience delivering large-scale programs on time and within budget.

Design, build, deploy, and operate scalable backend platform services and shared libraries. Contribute to architecture, reliability, developer experience, continuous delivery, monitoring, alerting, and incident response. Investigate production issues, implement lasting fixes, participate in technical reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business value. The role also encourages thoughtful use of AI tools to improve productivity.
