Teams at OpenRouter

Build and own OpenRouter’s identity platform across authentication, authorization, delegated access, workload identity, enterprise SSO, SCIM provisioning, credential lifecycle, fraud prevention, auditability, and multi-tenant access controls. Design identity models and low-latency services using TypeScript, SQL, and Postgres while partnering with Trust & Safety, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams on enterprise security and onboarding.

Build and own OpenRouter’s financial infrastructure, including flexible pricing, quote-to-cash automation, usage metering, billing, payments, collections, double-entry ledgering, provider settlements, and reconciliation. Ensure financial correctness through idempotency, auditability, anomaly detection, and access controls. Partner with Provider, Trust & Safety, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to deliver scalable usage-based financial systems.

Own the operational health, observability, reliability, and failover of AI model providers and endpoints. Build SLO monitoring, canaries, quality regression detection, automated provider-operations tooling, and load-testing systems. Lead incident response, communicate with external providers, produce reliability scorecards, and drive postmortems and corrective actions. Support capacity planning and launch readiness for high-volume LLM inference traffic.
