Lead end-to-end product design for complex enterprise experiences, from research and concept through launch. Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs; collaborate with product managers and engineers; evolve the design system; mentor designers; and shape long-term design strategy while championing user-centered practices.

Manage and grow a portfolio of dealership accounts through consultative sales, customer support, and product adoption. Serve as the primary liaison, understand customer needs, resolve issues cross-functionally, document interactions in CRM, monitor sales activity and KPIs, and coach customers on marketplace best practices. The role requires autonomous remote work, strong communication, organizational skills, technology proficiency, and 3–5 years of sales or account management experience.

Analyzes customer lifetime value, retention, campaigns, sales performance, and revenue outcomes. Develops financial and business tracking models, reports, dashboards, forecasts, and ad hoc analyses. Identifies performance gaps, automates reporting processes, supports decision-making, and manages small to medium projects in partnership with management.
