Develop original experiments using frontier AI models, from concept through public release. Create prototypes, digital experiences, physical installations, films, and interactive work in collaboration with designers, storytellers, engineers, producers, and external makers. Own projects, explore model behavior, refine ideas through feedback, coordinate delivery, and contribute to OpenAI’s creative agenda with strong storytelling, experience design, technical curiosity, and hands-on making skills.

Leads hands-on design for research and experimental creative projects, defining visual direction, developing prototypes, translating technical concepts into visual narratives, and delivering work across web, editorial, social, film, and experiential formats. Builds reusable design systems, guides collaborators, and manages complex workstreams from exploration through production while preserving technical accuracy and maintaining high standards for typography, composition, and information design.

Leads on-site delivery of physical data center network infrastructure, including structured cabling, fiber, copper, racks, pathways, testing, labeling, and equipment installation. Manages contractors, work packages, materials, sequencing, quality, safety, schedule, and recovery actions. Coordinates power, cooling, access, provisioning, validation, and formal handover with engineering and construction teams. Maintains as-builts, port maps, test evidence, risk reports, and accountable contractor handoffs.
