Validates power pathways, coordinates commercial, legal, finance, land, utility, and technical partners, and converts site constraints into phased deployment plans. Manages diligence vendors, schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, action lists, and executive escalations while delivering advance, defer, or stop recommendations and readiness packages.
