Act as trusted advisor, build success plans and ROI metrics, lead executive reviews, mitigate churn risks, and influence product and operational improvements across cross-functional teams.

Own revenue growth and retention across enterprise (Fortune 1000) accounts. Develop and execute account expansion strategies, build pipeline, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, partner with Solutions Engineers/Product/Customer Success to close deals, monitor account health to mitigate churn, and manage pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
