Serve as a strategic HR partner to clinic and department leaders, providing employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compliance, and HR operations support. Lead investigations, coaching, workforce planning, audit readiness, and onboarding while traveling to clinic locations to build relationships and implement HR initiatives.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic projects from planning through implementation, partner with executive leadership on priorities, prepare executive materials and dashboards, document and improve processes, support client implementations and organizational readiness, and maintain portfolio visibility to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and aligned with organizational goals.
