Leads day-to-day People Operations across a multi-state, multi-site healthcare organization and managed clinics. Oversees employee relations, investigations, accommodations, compliance, recruiting, compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, HR technology, policy governance, and employee lifecycle processes. Partners with clinic and Tribal leaders, supports clinic launches, standardizes HR practices, develops the HR team, and ensures compliance with employment laws, HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, ACA, ERISA, COBRA, and wage-and-hour requirements.
