The Growth Program Manager leads complex, cross-functional transformation, commercialization, AI, and go-to-market programs from planning through launch. Responsibilities include governance, dependency and risk management, executive stakeholder alignment, readiness decisions, reporting, benefits tracking, and process improvement. The role independently manages multiple large-scale programs, connects execution to revenue and business outcomes, and supports product launches and AI commercialization initiatives.

Design, develop, test, and maintain C#/.NET applications within the OneStream platform. Integrate APIs, databases, cloud services, and financial systems; troubleshoot performance and production issues; contribute to CI/CD and deployment automation; collaborate with architects, product managers, QA, and business analysts; research new features; and mentor junior engineers.

Leads OneStream’s Americas partner ecosystem, driving partner-sourced, co-sell, and partner-influenced revenue, pipeline, delivery capacity, and market expansion. Builds and scales the regional partnerships organization, develops joint go-to-market motions, expands system integrator and technology partner relationships, establishes performance governance, and serves as executive sponsor for strategic partners. The role requires cross-functional leadership across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services, with up to 50% travel.
