Advise Sales, Procurement, Product and other stakeholders on SaaS, hardware/software, channel, vendor, privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and regulatory matters. Manage cross-border legal issues, negotiate enterprise contracts, develop templates, deliver training, and escalate critical legal risks to senior leadership.

Lead the strategy and execution of OneSpan's product marketing for cybersecurity solutions, managing a team and collaborating across functions to drive go-to-market initiatives and market understanding.

Manage daily cash flows, maintain a rolling 12-month cash forecast, execute banking transactions, support treasury reporting and audits, improve treasury processes, and maintain bank relationships while collaborating with AR/AP/payroll and accounting teams.
