Lead and develop a team of Tax Account Managers to deliver tax service bureau operations, manage escalations, ensure compliance, maintain customer relationships, track KPIs, use Workday/OSV platforms, and drive process improvements and strategic initiatives.

Provide technical support and development for OSV enterprise applications. Investigate and resolve application issues, log and manage support tickets, develop and test fixes, monitor production, and produce technical documentation. Partner with development teams, product owners, and vendors to prioritize defects and deploy solutions while supporting Workday, Salesforce, SQL Server, and cloud-based integrations.
