Lead end-to-end operations for a high-growth DTC beauty/CPG company: own supply chain, fulfillment, ERP implementation, demand planning, S&OP, vendor management, KPIs, budgets, and build a lean operations team to support multi-channel and international scale.

Temporary, hands-on role managing end-to-end logistics and inventory for DTC and wholesale channels. Coordinate freight, 3PLs, contract manufacturers, Amazon/Healf replenishment, production PO check-ins, shipping documentation, and maintain supply chain data across platforms to ensure inventory availability and shipment execution.
