Serve as market-facing advisor, drive client retention and growth, oversee advanced modeling (funding, stop-loss, forecasting), lead analytics team, scale delivery, and partner with national centers of excellence to align tools and execution.

Perform onboarding and ongoing compliance oversight for Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) representatives, including U4/U5 and ADV 2B filings, monitoring Outside Business Activities, compliance testing, regulatory research, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to mitigate compliance risks.

The Account Manager oversees day-to-day operations of client accounts, communicates with clients about benefits, manages internal teams, and addresses client needs while striving for client satisfaction and business growth.
