Lead and develop the SRE team responsible for reliable, secure deployments across on-premises DoD and AWS environments. Own capacity planning, prioritization, reliability roadmaps, operational readiness, incident response, observability, and toil reduction. Coordinate delivery across engineering, security, and customer success teams while guiding infrastructure, automation, Kubernetes, CI/CD, networking, and application reliability decisions. Manage team performance, hiring, career development, on-call practices, postmortems, and stakeholder communication.

Serves as a trusted technical and operational partner for military customers using Onebrief. Leads user adoption through configuration, training, workflow optimization, incident coordination, and product feedback. Supports military planning exercises, communicates customer needs to product teams, coordinates across commands, and helps expand the platform to Allies and Partners. Requires strong military operational planning experience, technical proficiency, customer engagement skills, government organization navigation, and a current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Own reliability, scalability, security, and observability for production applications across on-premises DoD and AWS environments. Build monitoring and alerting, define SLIs and SLOs, lead incident response and blameless postmortems, and automate resilient Kubernetes infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible. Partner with platform, application, security, and customer success teams to eliminate operational toil, strengthen compliance controls, and improve deployment readiness in air-gapped environments.
