Own reliability, scalability, security, and observability for production applications across on-premises DoD and AWS environments. Build monitoring and alerting, define SLIs and SLOs, lead incident response and blameless postmortems, and automate resilient Kubernetes infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible. Partner with platform, application, security, and customer success teams to eliminate operational toil, strengthen compliance controls, and improve deployment readiness in air-gapped environments.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for Atom Engine content, including scenarios, units, and entities. Translate user and stakeholder needs into priorities and requirements, improve content creation and maintenance workflows, define quality standards, and align content with product, engineering, design, and domain teams. Use user research, exercise feedback, and production data to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in a military simulation environment.

Create and maintain cohesive brand designs across marketing campaigns, digital and print collateral, social media, email, advertisements, trade shows, websites, and sales enablement materials. Translate complex technical concepts into accessible visuals, uphold brand guidelines, manage multiple projects and timelines, and collaborate with marketing, sales, product teams, and external vendors.

Own company-wide budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, long-range planning, balance-sheet and cash-flow forecasting. Administer Planful, improve FP&A automation and data integrity, and lead a team of FP&A Business Partners. Partner with finance and executive leadership to deliver actionable insights on performance, burn, runway, risks, and opportunities in a scaling SaaS organization.

Own and improve Onebrief’s corporate security stack across endpoints, identity, SaaS, browsers, Zero Trust, EDR, SIEM, and MDM. Establish secure configuration baselines, detect and remediate drift, integrate telemetry, and build API-driven or infrastructure-as-code automation. Translate CMMC 2.0 and NIST-aligned requirements into continuously validated technical controls and reliable audit evidence. Partner with Corporate IT, Security Operations, GRC, and application owners to strengthen security posture and reduce manual compliance work.

Own the credibility of AtomEngine’s military simulation entity catalog. Lead catalog strategy, research standards, quantitative performance modeling, AI-directed content production, verification and validation, automated testing, competitive wargames, documentation, and analyst mentoring. Partner with customers, engineers, and subject matter experts to prioritize catalog development, defend modeling assumptions, identify inaccuracies, and continuously improve simulation data quality.

Build and scale Onebrief’s agentic design system platform, including components, utilities, documentation, governance, automated intake, evaluation, release QA, and production telemetry. Lead moonshot projects focused on agentic customer experiences, establish appropriate human-review gates, integrate systems with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS, and GitHub CI/CD, and advise design leadership on strategy and roadmap. The role requires cross-functional leadership, technical judgment, and playbook creation in an ambiguous environment.

Own technical strategy and architectural decisions across multiple engineering squads. Design scalable distributed systems, APIs, data models, and cloud-native platforms while building shared systems that improve delivery. Partner with product and engineering leadership, resolve ambiguous technical challenges, establish AI-assisted development practices, and mentor engineers through design reviews and cross-team collaboration. The role requires full-stack expertise and strong influence, communication, and technical leadership in a high-stakes B2B SaaS environment.

Work as an SRE embedded with product teams to improve reliability by fixing application code (primarily TypeScript), building observability (Prometheus, Loki, Grafana, Alloy), defining SLIs/SLOs, leading incident response and postmortems, automating toil, and supporting deployments across on‑prem DoD and AWS environments.

Build, operate, and secure cloud-native and edge infrastructure including Kubernetes, artifact pipelines, application streaming, and air-gapped appliances. Partner with product, GRC, and mission owners to design, deploy, and harden systems, remediate vulnerabilities, support audits (IL5/IL6/JWICS), and ensure trusted artifact delivery across environments.

Administer a portfolio of complex federal government contracts post-award, partner with cross-functional teams, prepare modifications and correspondence, identify and escalate contractual risks, maintain contract records and reporting, support customer communications, and improve contract management processes and playbooks.

Design, build, and operate secure cloud-native and edge infrastructure for classified and commercial environments.
