Teams at Ondo Finance

The Head of Risk will manage risk functions at Ondo Finance, implementing a comprehensive risk management framework, optimizing risk parameters, and ensuring compliance with institutional standards across fintech products.

Act as technical liaison for developers, exchanges, and wallet partners integrating Ondo's tokenized-asset APIs. Provide hands-on support for minting/redemption workflows, create developer documentation and samples, gather partner feedback, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent Ondo at developer events.

Lead partner growth and ecosystem expansion by designing and executing joint campaigns, analyzing on-chain and campaign performance, ensuring visibility across partners, monitoring RWA/DeFi trends, and coordinating cross-functionally with product, legal, operations, and design.
