Develop and implement Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce. Translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions, integrations, and releases. Troubleshoot, test, and maintain application security. Create and support Tableau dashboards, reports, visualizations, and server or cloud deployments. Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and technical teams while assisting with development estimates and schedules.

Participates in hands-on training across service center operations, including freight handling, logistics, forklift operation, truck driving, and shift supervision. Learns to manage employees, assign work, monitor safety, quality, efficiency, costs, and deliveries, maintain operational records in AS400 and employee information in Workday, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements. Requires approximately 15% travel to other service centers and openness to relocation after program completion.

Analyzes business systems and processes, develops requirements and functional designs, translates stakeholder needs into backlog items, and supports Agile development. Responsibilities include maintaining process documentation, defining acceptance criteria, coordinating testing and defect remediation, facilitating user acceptance testing, verifying production changes, supporting demos and training, and collaborating with technical teams. Provides business analysis guidance, recommends process improvements, and mentors less experienced analysts.
