Own strategic projects from opportunity sizing through execution and scaling across renewable energy, battery deployment, retail supply, utility programs, M&A integration, partnerships, and commercial initiatives. Build business cases, unit economics, budgets, forecasts, and market analyses; track deal synergies through the P&L; and partner with finance and leadership on capital allocation. The role requires autonomy, commercial judgment, analytical strength, adaptability, and a strong commitment to decarbonization.

Support commercial growth, utility partnerships, RFP responses, program delivery, and regulatory engagement for distributed energy flexibility services. Analyze wholesale and retail energy markets to inform dispatch strategies, program design, and value analysis. Build quantitative models, memos, presentations, and recommendations while managing ambiguous, fast-changing priorities across business development, policy, analytics, and operations.

Build and improve platform services, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and developer tooling. The role involves writing and reviewing code, supporting deployments, improving scalability and reliability, participating in incident response, and collaborating with engineering teams. The engineer will use technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Python, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, and Datadog while developing ownership of increasingly larger platform areas.
