Own the end-to-end development of an internal AI- and data-powered platform that prioritizes and routes work across healthcare teams. Responsibilities include defining data models, validating source systems, prototyping workflows, partnering with engineering and analytics through delivery, managing AI features and feedback loops, driving adoption, and communicating product strategy to executives. The role requires launching an MVP, building a roadmap, tracking performance, and improving recommendations through user and platform data.

Leads the hands-on development and scaling of Oasis’s healthcare software platform. Responsibilities include architecture, production coding, AWS infrastructure, DevSecOps, AI-native workflows, external system integrations, reliability, observability, compliance, roadmap execution, and recruiting a high-performing engineering team. The role begins primarily as an individual contributor and evolves into player-coach leadership while delivering patient- and provider-facing applications.

Lead the data science function, owning machine learning strategy, predictive models, healthcare analytics, DBT data marts, and executive dashboards. Analyze claims, eligibility, pharmacy, EMR, HIE, clinical, and operational data to identify high-risk patients, evaluate clinical interventions, and improve patient and provider engagement using AI and LLMs. Collaborate with clinical, operations, and technology teams while leading data science staff in a fast-growing healthcare organization.
