Supervise and assist with administration of resident medications per orders and company nursing standards. Provide direct personal care, maintain medication records, coordinate with pharmacies and physicians, order refills, ensure safety, and support resident engagement and teamwork within the senior living community.

Lead sales and marketing efforts to generate and qualify leads, guide prospects through move-in, create strategic marketing plans, execute events, build community partnerships, and meet occupancy targets.
