Support executive leadership and corporate initiatives through executive communications, marketing collateral, proposal support, and administrative coordination. Create presentations, executive correspondence, newsletters, and manage meetings, templates, and collaboration tools to ensure consistent messaging and operational support across the organization.

Provide 24x7 help desk support for a U.S. government customer, troubleshooting COTS and custom desktop/web applications, databases, and user account issues; escalate complex problems, support data application operations and migrations, and collaborate with developers and engineers in an Agile environment.

Lead design, implementation, and operational support of secure, scalable integrations and APIs across cloud and hybrid environments. Drive event-driven architectures, payment-processing continuity, observability, CI/CD support, and production troubleshooting. Serve as technical lead for Agile integration pods, coordinate with stakeholders, document patterns, and ensure resiliency and compliance for mission-critical enterprise integration workflows.
