Build production software while working directly with customers on technical implementations, onboarding, debugging, integrations, and workflow automation. Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate customer needs into scalable product features. Own engineering projects from requirements through deployment, improve APIs and developer tooling, and serve as a technical advisor to enterprise customers.

Own and expand strategic relationships with accounting and CPA firm partners. Build partnerships from the ground up, negotiate agreements, create joint business plans, drive referrals, co-marketing, enablement, and strategic initiatives, and report partnership performance to executives. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Growth, Product, and Engineering to onboard clients, develop integrations, inform the product roadmap, and strengthen Numeral’s channel strategy.

Serve as Numeral’s indirect tax and compliance subject matter expert across Product, Sales, and Partnerships. Translate practitioner workflows into product requirements, represent user and partner needs in roadmap planning, support enterprise and strategic sales conversations, identify market opportunities, and help expand into new customer segments and verticals. The role also includes industry representation, public speaking, solution selling, and cross-functional strategic initiatives.
