Teams at Nova 401(k) Associates

Lead and manage 4–6 teams delivering fiduciary and non-discrimination testing services. Oversee productivity, staffing, budgets, training, client retention, regulatory compliance, and process improvements while developing team leaders and supporting succession planning.

Manage a caseload of defined contribution clients (PEP and 402(a)), maintain client/advisor relationships, ensure plan compliance and testing, consult on plan design and operations, coordinate with internal teams and record-keepers, and meet weekly team goals to deliver superior client service.

Manage complex 401(k) plans and client relationships, ensure compliance with testing regulations, and maintain high client retention rates while providing exceptional service.
