Provide legal advice and manage conflicts-of-interest reviews for new matters, lateral hires, and business initiatives. Supervise at least two analysts, resolve conflicts to completion, manage a docket of 15–30 matters, liaise with global compliance teams, review client relationship letters and directorship issues, and assist with enforcement of global practice standards (e.g., sanctions, anti-money laundering, bribery, share dealings). Participate in rotating on-call schedule and work outside regular business hours as needed.
