Provides senior subject-matter expertise in subcontracting, supplier management, procurement compliance, audits, and commercial identification determinations. Guides junior specialists and teams, leads community meetings and training, supports government subcontract proposals, evaluates bids, negotiates provisions, selects subcontractors, drafts awards and terms, and administers subcontracts. Identifies cost-reduction, efficiency, and risk-management opportunities. The role requires extensive supply chain or procurement experience and eligibility for a U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Design, develop, document, test, and debug application software and systems involving logical and mathematical solutions. Collaborate with equipment designers and hardware engineers on electronic data processing systems. Participate in Northrop Grumman’s Pathways rotational program through three engineering rotations while supporting the Software and Controls Engineering team. The role requires a relevant STEM degree, U.S. citizenship, eligibility for a government security clearance, and the ability to obtain Special Access Program eligibility.
