The Head of Growth will develop and optimize growth strategies for user acquisition, conversion, and retention while managing a small growth team and using data-driven insights to drive performance.

Manage the application pipeline from intake to decision, applying Nomad's Guaranteed Rent eligibility criteria within Fair Housing, FCRA, and ADA requirements. Ensure compliance and risk mitigation, communicate proactively with owners and applicants via email/text/phone, maintain systems and records, and identify process improvements to keep screening efficient and accurate.
