Leads and mentors a QA team while developing hands-on test automation for a new product. Owns test strategy, end-to-end automation, scale and regression testing, and distributed-system resilience testing using chaos engineering. Collaborates with development teams to integrate testing processes, analyzes results, and recommends improvements. The role requires expertise in cloud and Kubernetes environments, test automation frameworks, device simulators, traffic generators, and QA leadership.

Leads strategic growth and M&A initiatives from investment thesis development through diligence, valuation, negotiations, and integration planning. Performs complex financial modeling, market and competitor analysis, portfolio reviews, and executive-level recommendations. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, prepares Board and Executive Committee materials, and develops AI-enabled tools, automation, workflows, and data pipelines to improve corporate development productivity. Mentors junior team members and supports partnerships, divestitures, and investment reviews.
