Designs and governs enterprise ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management architecture across demand, project, portfolio, resource, financial, agile, and strategic planning modules. Defines roadmaps, integrations, data models, security, and platform standards while promoting out-of-the-box adoption. Leads stakeholder workshops, architecture reviews, implementation governance, pre-sales activities, and developer mentorship. Connects business strategy, investment funding, portfolio execution, and AI-driven insights through scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Perform manual QA testing for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, estimate effort, monitor tasks, meet milestones, validate functional and non-functional requirements, and collaborate with delivery teams. The role requires independent problem-solving and organizational skills, with web services and test automation framework experience considered advantageous.

Develop and maintain SAP HANA reports and information models on HANA Cloud. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot report issues, deliver enhancements and upgrades, and collaborate with finance stakeholders across SAP modules including FI, CO, HR, MM, and BI. Build HANA views, table functions, calculation views, and related models while applying SQL performance analysis, debugging, and source control practices.
