Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale ServiceNow ITSM projects and transformation initiatives. Manage plans, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, governance, vendors, and multiple workstreams. Coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee ServiceNow governance and roadmap planning, manage stakeholder communications, and present executive-level status reports, dashboards, KPIs, and project health updates. Drive issue resolution, change control, continuous improvement, and delivery within scope, budget, schedule, quality, and governance standards.

Develop and maintain end-to-end SAP Fiori/UI5 solutions, including frontend applications, ABAP backend functionality, OData services, and SAP integrations. Translate business requirements into technical designs, perform testing, troubleshoot issues, document solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile practices. Preferred experience includes SAP BTP, RAP, and CAP.

Develop, configure, customize, and support ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on GRC/IRM implementations. Build workflows, scripts, business rules, access controls, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server. Lead version upgrades, impact analysis, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and production support while collaborating with architects, functional teams, and stakeholders.
