Own the roadmap and execution for A2A payment capabilities, prioritize features using partner feedback and data, maintain Dwolla customer continuity during integration, write specs and acceptance criteria, run discovery and customer interviews, collaborate with Engineering/Compliance/Legal/Go-to-Market, define success metrics, and drive adoption of bank-direct payment solutions.

Build and maintain revenue and customer-lifecycle reporting, author complex BigQuery SQL, develop segmentation and clustering models in BigQuery ML, perform entity resolution and data quality reconciliation, migrate and maintain Tableau dashboards, and deliver ad-hoc and recurring analyses to support Sales, Revenue, and cross-functional teams.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for A2A and money movement products (ACH, RTP, FedNow, push-to-card, open banking). Build and manage product P&L, define GTM and pricing, run partner and bank relationships, establish fraud/compliance frameworks, partner with Engineering on ledger/settlement, and grow a team of PMs and designers while remaining hands-on and customer-facing.

Lead 2–3 software teams (12–20 engineers), owning people management, hiring, retention, and stakeholder communication. Drive adoption of AI tools, guide technical debt and platform investment decisions, and partner with tech leads and Product Owners to keep delivery aligned and healthy in a regulated payments environment.

Lead delivery for Billing and Data teams, manage backlogs, conduct UAT, ensure releases meet standards, and maintain platform knowledge.

Lead execution of support organization initiatives: implement self-service and AI tooling, unify support across brands, build reporting/metrics and operational rhythms, drive process improvements and cross-functional alignment, document SOPs, and evolve into a strategic partner to VP of Support.

Manage and improve NMI's MySQL database estate in a high-availability SRE environment. Administer multi-platform databases, design database architecture, tune performance, perform upgrades and backups, participate in on-call rotations and incident RCA, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure reliability and scalability.

Design, build, and maintain FeeNavigator features across backend and frontend. Optimize MySQL queries, write unit/integration/end-to-end tests, refactor complex code, document architecture, participate in code reviews, collaborate with Product and SRE, diagnose incidents and performance issues, and contribute to development process improvements.
