Develops new commercial insurance programs by expanding relationships with reinsurance brokers, fronting carriers, MGAs, and underwriting leaders. Sources and evaluates market opportunities, builds a pipeline across insurance lines, structures business cases, secures capacity partners, and supports program launches. The role requires an established insurance network, program origination experience, strong communication, hands-on execution, and comfort using AI for research and pipeline development.

Owns the finance function for Nirvana Insurance Services, including FP&A, accounting close, ASC 606 revenue recognition, premium trust funding, reinsurance economics, agency agreements, audits, and board reporting. Serves as the financial partner to business-unit leaders, builds shared financial processes and reporting, oversees Accounting and FP&A teams, and hires and leads a small finance team.
