Coordinate engineering teams and stakeholders, manage deployment plans, dependencies, escalations, communications, schedules, and release metrics. Improve release processes, ownership models, automation, and risk reduction while supporting a scalable release engineering platform. The role requires strong program management experience with software engineering teams, cloud-native systems, CI/CD, release automation, distributed architectures, and AWS.

Own and evolve enterprise CI/CD release pipelines, with emphasis on continuous delivery, progressive rollouts, automated health checks, rollback, and multi-service releases. Lead Terraform and multi-cloud IaC architecture across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including reusable modules, state management, governance, security, compliance, and cost controls. Drive organization-wide IaC adoption, monitor deployments and infrastructure, respond to incidents, and mentor engineering teams.
