The Regional Sales Manager drives sales of Nextech's solutions to small physician practices, managing the full sales lifecycle and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Lead the strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, equity, incentives, and recognition programs for a growing SaaS organization. Oversee benchmarking, compliance, annual compensation and open enrollment cycles, HRIS and reporting systems, vendor relationships, and equity administration. Partner with Finance, Legal, executives, and HR leaders to ensure equitable, competitive, data-driven rewards programs. Lead and develop a small Total Rewards team while remaining hands-on in execution.
