Own an engineering team’s architecture, delivery, roadmap, product outcomes, and operational health for commerce application platforms. Lead hands-on development, AI-assisted engineering adoption, technical scoping, cross-team dependencies, testing, releases, DORA performance, on-call operations, incident reduction, hiring, and engineer growth. Partner closely with Product to deliver reliable software predictably while maintaining high engineering standards.

Leads and coordinates security and operational incident response for infrastructure, platforms, hosting, and customer environments. Serves as incident commander, manages escalations and communications, facilitates bridge calls and post-mortems, analyzes incident trends, maintains response procedures, and tracks corrective actions. Partners with technical and leadership teams to improve incident management maturity, accountability, governance, reporting, and operational transparency during high-severity events.

Owns a cloud services engineering team’s architecture, delivery, roadmap, product outcomes, and operational health. The manager partners closely with Product, remains hands-on with coding and AI-assisted development, improves DORA performance, manages dependencies, participates in on-call, develops engineers, leads hiring, and ensures reliable, secure delivery of data protection, security, and edge services.
