Drives net-new customer acquisition and revenue growth for managed hosting, cloud, and IaaS solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, managing the full sales cycle, developing tailored solutions, presenting to executive decision-makers, maintaining CRM pipeline data, achieving revenue quotas, and collaborating with Marketing, Product, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success. Requires consultative B2B technology sales expertise and strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and recurring-revenue models.

Supports technical pre-sales engagements for mid-market and enterprise clients. Conducts technical discovery, designs cloud infrastructure solutions, delivers demonstrations and workshops, supports proofs of concept, and contributes to proposals and RFP responses. Partners with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure accurate solution positioning and delivery transitions. Provides technical guidance, improves pre-sales workflows, and shares knowledge with junior Sales Engineers.

Leads security and operational incident response for infrastructure, platforms, hosting, and customer environments. Coordinates incident commanders, escalations, bridge calls, stakeholder communications, post-mortems, corrective actions, and reporting. Analyzes incidents and trends, maintains response documentation and governance standards, and improves operational maturity. Requires Linux incident response and forensics, advanced log analysis, system auditing, network and socket triage, cross-functional coordination, and composure during high-pressure events.
