The Account Executive will drive new business by managing sales and developing relationships within the ServiceNow ecosystem, focusing on consulting services in the cards, payments, and fintech sectors.

Lead and manage complex ServiceNow implementation projects: define scope, plan stages, allocate resources, monitor budgets and schedules, mitigate risks, ensure quality deliverables, coach teams, maintain client relationships, and drive continuous improvement and high customer satisfaction.

Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards. Gather requirements, model and transform data, write DAX and SQL, integrate multiple data sources, ensure data security, and support end users.
