Sell and expand ServiceNow solutions within an assigned Mountain Time territory. Develop new accounts, manage account plans and sales cycles, demonstrate platform capabilities, draft proposals/SOWs, maintain C-level relationships, meet quota, provide forecasts, perform sales administration, and travel to key accounts quarterly.

The Vice President will lead the ServiceNow partnership in the Americas, focusing on pipeline generation, joint go-to-market strategies, relationship management, and program management to drive revenue and growth through the ServiceNow channel.

Lead administration and compliance of U.S. and Canada employee benefits, including health, welfare, retirement and leave programs; manage open enrollment, 401(k) administration, vendor relations, audits and regulatory filings; support HRIS integrations (ADP), onboarding/offboarding, employee inquiries, reporting, and continuous process improvements.
