Handle inbound customer calls, uncover needs through consultative conversations, recommend website and digital solutions, close sales, meet performance metrics, resolve concerns, document interactions, and maintain high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Lead positioning, GTM strategy, and growth for advanced hosting products (VPS, Dedicated, Cloud). Drive upgrades and revenue, create content and enablement, partner with Product/Sales/Growth, and use market and customer insights to inform roadmap and pricing.
