The Senior QA Engineer will design and execute testing strategies for reporting systems, data extracts, and business intelligence outputs. Responsibilities include writing and reviewing complex SQL, tracing data lineage across source systems and ETL pipelines, validating calculations and metrics, investigating discrepancies, documenting defects, and maintaining test documentation and version-controlled scripts. The role collaborates with data engineers, reporting teams, and business stakeholders to improve data quality and ensure accurate, reliable reporting.

Leads the architecture, delivery, and operational excellence of healthcare data integrations across systems and vendors. Designs APIs, integration patterns, and interoperability solutions using HL7, FHIR, and X12; manages end-to-end delivery, testing, migrations, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Advises clients and stakeholders, establishes technical standards, drives governance and alignment, and communicates risks and recommendations to leadership. The role also develops runbooks, supports regulated environments, and improves integration reliability and scalability.
