Provide Tier 2 network engineering and support: troubleshoot, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN/wireless infrastructures, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs and related services; perform upgrades, ticket management, documentation, and occasional on-site or on-call support while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Perform remote data-entry and document management for group life and disability member files: upload documents, enter and validate data, generate barcodes, identify and correct errors, meet productivity SLAs, and support special projects as assigned.

Design and implement datacenter and cloud infrastructure solutions including hypervisors, networking, storage, and BCDR. Scope migrations to Azure/AWS, produce SOWs/BOMs, recommend architectures, oversee deployments, document designs, and train field engineers.
