Lead client cybersecurity compliance, governance, risk management, audit readiness, and vCISO advisory services. Conduct assessments, manage remediation, oversee third-party risk and compliance monitoring, and provide executive-level reporting across multiple security frameworks. Partner with security operations on incident response and vulnerability management, support business continuity, guide AI governance, oversee service delivery, and coach security and compliance staff.

Provide onsite technical support for managed-services clients by diagnosing and resolving Microsoft, Windows, networking, VPN, firewall, endpoint, peripheral, and user issues. Manage tickets, documentation, SLA response times, client follow-up, escalations, and local client visits. The role requires empathetic customer service, troubleshooting ability, independent learning, and collaboration across service teams.
